We need your end-of-life blades and composite waste. Better today than tomorrow.

Continuum has the only fully ready industrial scale technology on the market — and we are happy to take all of it.

There is still no real solution for composite waste. Only ways to postpone the problem.

Wind farm with discarded turbine blades lying on the ground

Today, composite waste like wind turbine blades cannot be recycled. This creates a massive strain on the environment. There's been lots of talk, lots of research, but no real industrial scale solutions.

Conventional solutions — landfill, waste2energy and co-processing — are not sustainable. Cement co-processing is not a viable long-term answer, and it cannot handle the carbon fibre found in newer blades at all.

Blades are just the beginning. Composite waste comes from everywhere.

Wind turbine blades, aviation and automotive components, marine hulls, and offcuts straight off a composite production line. If it is fibre reinforced and nobody can recycle it today, it is feedstock to us.

A mechanical process, not a furnace. Nothing goes up a chimney.

Your waste does not disappear. It becomes building materials.

Composite waste transformed into Continuum building panels

Everything we take in is transformed into building materials for the contruction industry, like façade panels, floors, bathroom tiles and doors - made from up to 92% reclaimed material. And when those have served their purpose, we take them back and recycle them again.
